5ROI is developed on the principle of compliance by design. Not every user, in every country, is granted access to the same features. Each account is determined based on country of residence, IP address, age, KYC status, user type, product type, permitted partners, and reward type.

5ROI builds a Compliance Engine to determine: which features are displayed, which partners are connected, which rewards are offered, which warnings must appear, which KYC steps must be completed, and which referrals are paid. The goal is to grow globally while respecting the regulations of each market.
